Mobile Support

For Support with our Mobile app, please send an email to:

patmoffett@westcoastcasualty.com

If you are having trouble logging in, please make sure you are using the email that you registered for our event with. If you registered after May 8th, please send an email indicating this to patmoffett@westcoastcasualty.com or stop by the mobile support area in the South Lounge during our event and we will get you added as soon as possible.

If you are having any other issues please don’t hesitate to emailĀ  or stop by our booth during the event and in the mean time try the following:

  1. Leave the app open in the background for a minute or two before trying to log in.
  2. Restart the App
  3. Reinstall the App
