FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE provides an overview of recent case law, changes in rules, regulations statutes and ordinances from a national perspective which affect all of us dealing in insurance, claims and litigation.
There is a lot happening across the country these days regarding insurance, claims and litigation and when the news breaks and you need to know, we'll be there to deliver it to you. You won't receive FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE every day. Sometimes, we'll publish once a week and sometime three times in the same day. It depends on when news breaks.
Our audience is primarily comprised of Attorneys, Judges (Superior, Appellate and Supreme Courts) Legislators, Insurance Commissioners, Other Publishers, Brokers, Adjusters, Agents, Public Officials and a garden variety of other people and organizations who have an interest in claims and litigation.
